Net-EQ is a member supported, informal resource for resellers. It is not a formal Association to join. Please email listadmin@net-eq.com for any abuses or issues.
Posting:
Each list Member has Unlimited postings privileges. All posts must use common nomenclature in the subject.
i.e. WTB:, WTS:, RFQ:, OT:, P&A: If you don’t know what those are you probably shouldn't be on the list.
WTS: postings do NOT need to have pricing. Your market price and relationship with resellers within the community are your business. There is a KB size limit to prevent
members from constantly posting HUGE WTS lists. Any member who abuses the unlimited
posting privilege will be removed.
All members postings to the list must include your Company and Contact information. Example: Company Name, Phone number. Should be on your signature file anyway.
All postings must be in plain text. No HTML or attachments in messages. Messages over 15KB are rejected.
Any member who carbon copies, blind carbon copies, or cross post to other lists will be removed. Do not Post links to an auction site ( eBay or other), that wastes everyone's time.
Conduct:
It is expected and required that you conduct yourself, your business, and your posts in a professional manor.
Any member posting for Counterfeit equipment, NFR, or any other illegal activities for that matter will be removed.
The posting will also be forwarded to the appropriate authorities.
Issues and Flames:
Any list member that has a problem or issue with another member may post: “Before Doing Business with (Company or Individual)”. Members are encouraged to join and post to Blacklist. Those lists are for the details of the issues or problems you have with another member. The Blacklist is specifically for members to report fraudulent business and scammers.
For member protection Net-EQ operates on community list involvement. All posts to the Blacklist will be held and reviewed before it is sent public.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in either suspension of subscription or termination of your membership privilege.
